Abstract

¸ñÀû: º» ¿¬±¸´Â »ó±ÞÁ¾ÇÕº´¿ø¿¡¼­ Ç÷¾×Åõ¼®½Ç¿¡¼­ ±Ù¹«ÇÏ°í ÀÖ´Â °£È£»çµéÀ» ´ë»óÀ¸·Î, Á÷¹«½ºÆ®·¹½º, ¾÷¹«°­µµ, ÇÇ·Î, ±Ù°ñ°Ý°èÁúȯ Áõ»ó Á¤µµ¸¦ ÆľÇÇÏ°í, ±Ù°ñ°Ý°èÁúȯ Áõ»ó ¹ß»ý¿¡ ¹ÌÄ¡´Â ¿µÇâ¿äÀÎÀ» ±Ô¸íÇϱâ À§ÇÑ ¿¬±¸ÀÌ´Ù.

¹æ¹ý: Ⱦ´ÜÀû Á¶»ç¿¬±¸·Î 13°³ »ó±ÞÁ¾ÇÕº´¿ø 125¸íÀÇ Ç÷¾×Åõ¼®½Ç °£È£»ç¸¦ ÆíÀÇÇ¥Áý ÇÏ¿´´Ù. ÀÚ·á´Â SPSS/WIN 25.0 ÇÁ·Î±×·¥À» ÀÌ¿ëÇÏ¿© t-test, ¥ö2-test, factor analysis ¹× binary logistic regression analysis¸¦ ÀÌ¿ëÇÏ¿© ºÐ¼® ÇÏ¿´´Ù.

°á°ú: °£È£»ç Áß 96¸í(76.8 %)ÀÌ ±Ù°ñ°Ý°è Áõ»ó±ºÀ̾ú°í 29¸í(23.2 %)Àº ¹«Áõ»ó±ºÀ̾ú´Ù. Áõ»ó±ºÀÇ Á÷¹«½ºÆ®·¹½º(p<.001), ¾÷¹«°­µµ(p<.001) ¹× ÇǷεµ(p=.011)´Â ¹«Áõ»ó±º¿¡ ºñÇØ ³ô¾Ò´Ù. Ç÷¾×Åõ¼®½Ç °£È£»çÀÇ ±Ù°ñ°Ý°èÁúȯ Áõ»ó ¹ß»ý¿¡ ¿µÇâÀ» ¹ÌÄ¡´Â ¿äÀÎÀ¸·Î´Â Á÷¹«½ºÆ®·¹½º(OR=1.13, 95% CI: 1.03¡­1.25), ¾÷¹«°­µµ(OR=5.60, 95% CI: 1.25¡­24.97), Ãë¹Ì ¹× ¿©°¡È°µ¿À» ÇÏÁö ¾Ê´Â °æ¿ì(OR=4.67, Ç÷¾×Åõ¼®½Ç ±Ù¹«°æ·Â 2¡­4³â(OR=4.58, 95% CI: 1.04¡­20.78), Ç÷¾×Åõ¼®½Ç ±Ù¹«°æ·Â 8³â ÀÌ»ó(OR=14.10, 95% CI 2.53¡­78.64)ÀÎ °ÍÀ¸·Î ³ªÅ¸³µ´Ù.

°á·Ð : Ç÷¾×Åõ¼®½Ç °£È£»çÀÇ ±Ù°ñ°Ý°è Áúȯ Áõ»óÀ» È¿°úÀûÀ¸·Î °³¼±Çϱâ À§Çؼ­´Â Á÷¹«½ºÆ®·¹½º, ¾÷¹«°­µµ °¨¼Ò Àü·«À» Æ÷ÇÔÇÑ ´ÙÂ÷¿øÀû ÁßÀç ÇÁ·Î±×·¥À» ¼ö¸³ÇؾßÇÑ´Ù.

Purpose: This study was done to verify relationships among occupational stress, labor intensity, fatigue and musculoskeletal disorder symptoms, and especially to identify factors influencing musculoskeletal disorder symptoms among hemodialysis nurses in tertiary hospitals.

Methods: A cross-sectional design was used, with a convenience sample of 125 hemodialysis nurses from 13 tertiary hospitals. Data were collected through self-evaluation questionnaires during July and August, 2018. Data were analyzed using t-test, ¥ö2 -test, factor analysis and binary logistic regression analysis with SPSS/WIN 25.0 program.

Results: Of the hemodialysis nurses 96 (76.8%) were in the musculoskeletal symptomatic group and 29 (23.2%) in asymptomatic group. Occupational stress (p<.001), labor intensity (p<.001), and fatigue (p=.011) were higher in the symptomatic group compared to the asymptomatic group. Logistic regression analysis showed that occupational stress (OR=1.13, 95% CI: 1.03¡­1.25), labor intensity (OR=5.60, 95% CI: 1.25¡­24.97), no leisure life or hobbies (OR=4.67, 95% CI: 1.48¡­14.80), hemodialysis unit career 2¡­4 year (OR=4.58, 95% CI: 1.04¡­20.78), and hemodialysis unit career 8+ year (OR=14.10, 95% CI: 2.53¡­78.64) were effect factors for the musculoskeletal symptomatic group.

Conclusion: For effective improvement of musculoskeletal disorder symptoms in hemodialysis nurses, multidimensional intervention programs are needed. Programs should include occupational stress, labor intensity and strategies to reduce symptoms.
